Welcome to Culture Market CLT – Where Culture, Community, and Commerce Collide!
We’re curating a dynamic mix of food vendors and trucks offering bold flavors and cultural favorites. Vendor space is limited, and we avoid category oversaturation — so apply early!
There is a short screening application. If selected, you will be invoiced the total vendor fee. If not selected due to category limits or capacity, you may reapply to future markets at no cost.
If/When selected, you will be contacted and invoiced by the Culture Market CLT Team within 48 hours of application.
Single-Date Registration: Opening Day Discount
- Standard Food Truck Fee: $200 per event$140
Multi-Date Bundles: Please contact us if you are interested in getting a Bundle that includes the Opening Day Discount
- 2 Events: $375
- 3 Events: $550
- All 4 Events: $725
Food Vendor Setup: All food vendors must be fully self-contained and bring all necessary equipment, including power, water, and waste management. No on-site utilities are provided.
Licensing: All vendors must have proper permits, licenses, insurance, and health department documents on hand and available upon request.
Payment: Vendor fees are paid via Square, Cashapp, or Zelle once confirmed.
Weather & Refunds: This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds unless the event is fully canceled by organizers.
Promotion: All accepted food vendors will be featured via our email blasts, social media, and website. Be sure to submit high-quality photos and business links.
