We’re curating a diverse mix of vendors across art, fashion, wellness, beauty, home goods, services, and more. Space is limited, and we avoid oversaturating categories — so apply early!
There is a short screening application. If selected, you will be invoiced the total vendor fee. If not selected due to category limits or capacity, you may reapply to future markets at no cost.
If/When selected, you will be contacted and invoiced by the Culture Market CLT Team within 48 hours of application.

Standard Booth Options (Per Event)
Standard Booth Options (Per Event) - Opening Day Pricing
- Full Booth: $175 ($122.50)
- Half Booth (shared): $75 ($52.50)
- VIP Full Booth: $250 ($175.00)
- VIP Half Booth: $125 ($87.50)
If you’ve paid the previous $10 fee, it will be applied to your total booth price
Booth Fee Includes:
- Culture Market CLT Brand Kit
- Post-event photo/video assets via vendor drive
- Market Guide + Vendor Resource List
VIP Booths Include:
- Prime booth placement
- Early load-in access
- Early access to future event dates
Vendor Setup: Vendors must bring their own tent, table, chairs, and power supply. Tents must be weighted for safety. No setup materials are provided.
Licensing: All vendors must have proper licenses, permits, and documentation available upon request.
Payment: Vendor fees are paid via Square, Cashapp, or Zelle once confirmed.
Weather & Refunds: This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds unless the event is fully canceled by organizers.
Promotion: All accepted vendors will be featured in our email blasts, social media, and website. Submit quality photos and links with your registration.
